    An AI agent is a software component that carries out a task on its own: classifying and answering emails, creating quotes, extracting data from documents, taking calls or doing research.

    Unlike a plain chatbot, an agent acts — it accesses your systems, executes steps and reports results back. Several agents can be orchestrated into a multi-agent system where each one handles a part of the workflow.

    A first productive prototype typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. Smaller automations are often live within days, while larger ERP or CRM integrations take 2 to 4 months.

    We work in short sprints with regular reviews so you see progress early and can adjust at any time.

    Yes. We connect our solutions to existing CRM, ERP, email and document systems via APIs and established interfaces. No system migration is required — the agents work inside the environment your team already uses.
